“Continuing her Father’s legacy”
“Watching my dad as Mayor and University Place’s longest serving councilman for most of my life has given me a true respect and knowledge of University Place’s history, as well as a fresh vision for the future,” states Grassi. “In addition to increasing public safety, my desires for this city include creating new pathways for easier economic development, as well as continuing to enhance the sense of community in University Place. With the recent passing of my father, as well as the passing of my husband in January of 2022, I see and understand the needs of this community and want to continue this legacy for my children’s future.”
